Cyberpunk 2077: How to Romance Panam

This guide details how to romance Panam Palmer in Cyberpunk 2077. Note: This romance is only available to male V.

Essential Quests: Successfully completing these quests in order is crucial for unlocking the Panam romance.

1. Complete Ghost Town: This main job, unlocked after "Playing for Time," introduces Panam. Agree to help her retrieve her car and subsequently assist with her revenge against Nash. At the Sunset Motel, choose flirtatious dialogue options, culminating in suggesting a single room.

2. Complete Lightning Breaks: This quest follows Ghost Town. While dialogue choices have minimal impact, stay close to Panam and follow her instructions.

3. Complete Life During Wartime: After Lightning Breaks, stick up for Panam during the confrontation with Saul and the Aldecaldos. Respond supportively to her actions. After the mission, respond to Panam's message suggesting she return to settle things. Wait a few in-game hours/days before proceeding.

4. Complete Riders of the Storm: Respond promptly to Panam's call (within 24 in-game hours!). Choose dialogue options showing support for Panam. After saving Saul, choose dialogue options that support Panam against Saul. During the motel scene, select flirtatious options leading to a kiss.

5. Complete With a Little Help from My Friends: Agree to help Panam. Choose supportive and flirtatious dialogue options throughout the mission, particularly during the conversation at the communication tower and at the campfire.

6. Complete Queen of the Highway: After waiting a day, return to the Aldecaldos camp. Choose flirtatious dialogue. During the Basilisk sequence, select the option to allow Panam to touch you, leading to a romantic scene. Choose supportive dialogue after the Basilisk battle.

Completing these quests and choosing the appropriate dialogue options will unlock the Panam Palmer romance and the "Star" ending. After the romance is established, the quest "I Really Want To Stay At Your House" becomes available, allowing for further interaction with Panam at V's apartment.
