Netflix's highly anticipated Devil May Cry anime series finally has a release date! Mark your calendars: April 3rd.
The new animated series, a collaboration between Castlevania creator Adi Shankar and the acclaimed Studio Mir (known for The Legend of Korra and X-Men '97), revealed the premiere date with a thrilling teaser trailer on X, soundtracked by Limp Bizkit.

Initially announced in 2018, the Devil May Cry anime is confirmed to have an eight-episode first season. While plot specifics remain shrouded in mystery, it appears to feature Dante from the era of the first three Devil May Cry games, though any direct game connections are yet to be officially confirmed. Interestingly, Dante will be voiced by Johnny Yong Bosch, who famously voices Nero in the video game franchise.
