EA Play Bids Farewell to Two Titles in February 2025
Get ready, EA Play subscribers! February 2025 marks the departure of two popular titles from the EA Play game library. Madden NFL 23 will be removed on February 15th, followed by F1 22 on February 28th. This removal doesn't signal the end of online functionality for these games, but it does mean they'll no longer be accessible through your EA Play subscription. Fans are encouraged to enjoy these games while they remain available.

The news isn't entirely bleak. While these games are leaving the service, their successors are readily available. EA Play subscribers can still enjoy Madden NFL 24, F1 23, and UFC 4. Even better, UFC 5 is joining the EA Play lineup on January 14th, 2025. This influx of newer titles should help offset the loss of Madden NFL 23 and F1 22. The status of UFC 3 post-February 17th remains uncertain, although its online functionality will be unavailable regardless.
Remember, EA Play offers a rotating library of games, and while some titles inevitably leave, new ones are constantly added. Take advantage of the remaining time to enjoy Madden NFL 23 and F1 22 before they depart.
