What is Gold Rush?
Gold Bars remain a crucial element, allowing players to acquire currency and exchange it for various in-game items. This season introduces a twist: pursuing gold activates Gold Rush, a significant buff enhancing movement speed, pickaxe swing speed, and pickaxe structural damage.
Similar to Boons or Medallions, Gold Rush provides a competitive advantage. While temporary, it's a valuable boost obtainable through several methods.
How to Activate Gold Rush
Unlike other abilities with single acquisition methods, Gold Rush offers flexibility. Players can activate it by immersing themselves in gold-infused water, strategically located across the map.
Alternatively, mining Gold Veins, the source of Gold Bars, also grants Gold Rush. Shiny Shafts, a primary gold source for Fletcher Kane, is an ideal location to find these veins. However, be cautious; Kane's forces are heavily guarded and won't relinquish their gold easily.
