InZoi is scheduled to launch in early access on Steam starting March 28, 2025. This marks the moment when PC gamers can dive into the game. For those eagerly awaiting a console version, there’s no confirmed release window yet for PlayStation or Xbox as of this writing. Since it’s entering early access, expect some initial polish to be refined over time.
Before the official early access launch, a Character Studio demo was made available from August 21 to August 26. During this period, players could explore the robust character creator tool and craft their personalized ZOI. With stunning visuals and a vast array of customization options, it will be fascinating to see what players create.
Similar to The Sims, inZOI lets players design avatars to navigate the world while managing essential needs like hunger and sleep. However, inZOI sets itself apart by offering a far more immersive experience. Players can freely explore locations beyond their apartments and engage with nearly every non-player character (NPC) they encounter. Additionally, players will have the freedom to reside in and modify one of three distinct worlds: Seoul-inspired Dowon, Los Angeles-inspired Bliss Bay, and Indonesian-inspired Cahaya.
