In Brighter Shores, the Brannof family needs your help recovering a lost shipment of weapons. This guide details how to complete "The Lost Shipment" quest.
Starting the Quest:
Find Brannof Hall's dining room (off Brannof Boulevard, near the Town Square). Speak with Cohen; he'll reveal the missing weapons. Crucially, talk to him again to receive your two leads. Before proceeding, remove any Town Guard gear.
Completing the Quest:
The quest involves two separate investigations:
1. Captain Shirker on The Vincible:
Find Captain Shirker on his ship, The Vincible (southeast). After a meal at The Delectable Dab (near the Town Square), he'll mention a man in a blue waistcoat.
Locate the Man in a Blue Waistcoat in the Town Square. He'll lead you to "The Illusion," requiring you to impersonate "Sam" (who has a monobrow).
Get a monobrow from the hairdresser on Old Street West (costs 8 Silver and 280 Copper).
2. The Hooked Hand:
Investigate The Hooked Hand restaurant (near Eel Street). Talking to patrons will direct you to...
...The Frequently Fresh Fish Stall (past Eel Street Bridge). The Fishmonger needs a Fetid Flounder (requires Level 25 Fishing). Place a note (using Quill, Ink, and Paper – found on Lord Brannof's desk) inside the fish.
Give the fish to the Fishmonger, hide, and observe.
Follow the Furtive Stranger to Monab Row. Ensure your monobrow is visible (remove Guard gear). Identify yourself as "Sam," defeat the thief (Level 30), retrieve the Plumbatae, and return them to Brannof Hall to complete the quest.
