Marvel Rivals, the thrilling 6v6 hero shooter, offers smooth matchmaking, but the real fun lies in teaming up with friends. This guide details how to add friends and play together in Marvel Rivals.

Important Note: Currently, Marvel Rivals lacks cross-progression and cross-play. Adding friends is limited to players on the same platform. However, the developers have confirmed that this feature is in the works.

Adding Friends:

Locate the friends icon, typically situated in the top corner near your player profile. Clicking this icon reveals a list of recently played players, allowing you to directly add them to your friends list.

Alternatively, use the search bar to input a username, press Enter, and then send a friend request. Once accepted, they’ll appear on your friends list.

Playing with Friends:

With your friends list populated, initiating a match is straightforward.

1. Click the friends list icon (usually in the top right corner).
2. Locate the desired friend.
3. Select their username and send a game invite.
4. Queue for quick play or competitive matches and enjoy playing together!

Console Players: Friends added on your console's system level should automatically appear in your Marvel Rivals friends list, simplifying the invitation process.
