The announcement also hinted at a collaboration with Ape Escape, concluding with the intriguing phrase "And More," suggesting additional crossovers are planned. This first crossover likely references the monkey minigame from the original Metal Gear Solid 3, where Snake used stun grenades and his "Monkey Shaker" to subdue primates.
While boasting a new first-person perspective, Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater appears to be a remarkably faithful recreation of its predecessor. As IGN noted in its preview, it's a visually stunning nostalgic experience, perhaps too faithful to be considered a truly elegant remake.
