May 28,2025 Author: Audrey

Microsoft has revealed a robust lineup of Xbox Game Pass titles scheduled to join the platform in the first half of April 2025. Among the highlights are major first- and third-party releases such as South of Midnight, Borderlands 3 Ultimate Edition, and Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls – Ultimate Evil Edition.

The news, shared in a recent Xbox Wire post, promises an exciting lineup starting April 3 with Borderlands 3 Ultimate Edition available across Cloud, Console, and PC platforms for all tiers. Other notable additions on launch day include All You Need Is Help (Console), Still Wakes the Deep (Xbox Series X|S), and Wargroove 2 (Console).

Mark your calendars for April 8 when South of Midnight (Cloud, PC, Xbox Series X|S) and Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls – Ultimate Evil Edition (Console, PC) become available for all Game Pass subscribers. Fans of Compulsion Games' South of Midnight will have the chance to dive into its Deep South-set folklore adventure, exploring myths and confronting mysterious creatures while uncovering ancient powers.

Following closely, Commandos: Origins (Cloud, PC, Xbox Series X|S) joins Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass on April 9, with Blue Prince (Cloud, PC, Xbox Series X|S) arriving on April 10. Rounding out the first wave on April 15 is Hunt: Showdown 1896 (PC), exclusive to Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass.

In addition to the game releases, Xbox Game Pass perks are getting a refresh. Exclusive bundles include the Beyond the Void Bundle for The First Descendant and the Sweet Starter Pack for Candy Crush Solitaire players on mobile. Sea of Thieves enthusiasts will celebrate the Seventh Serving Emote for the game’s anniversary.

As always, keep an eye out for titles leaving the service on April 15, including Botany Manor, Coral Island, and Orcs Must Die! 3. Members looking to secure their favorites can take advantage of a 20% discount on eligible purchases.

Stay tuned for more updates and enjoy the influx of new content coming to Xbox Game Pass in April 2025.
