Paldea Duo Poised to Join Pokémon GO Roster

Pokemon GO's Fashion Week: Taken Over event, launching January 15th, introduces Shroodle and Grafaiai, the Gen IX Poison/Normal-type Pokemon. This event runs until January 19th at 8 PM local time.

Key Event Features:

• New Pokémon Debut: Shroodle hatches from 12km Eggs, evolving into Grafaiai with 50 Shroodle Candy.
• Surprise Encounters: Snapping a photo during the event might lead to a fashionable Croagunk encounter.
• Team GO Rocket Surge: Increased Team GO Rocket balloon and PokéStop appearances. Charged TMs will help Shadow Pokémon forget Frustration.
• Shadow Pokémon Encounters: Shadow Taillow, Snivy, Tepig, Oshawott, Trubbish, and Bunnelby will appear.
• Shadow Raids: One-star raids feature Shadow Nidoran♀, Nidoran♂, Totodile, and Ralts. Three-star raids include Shadow Electabuzz, Magmar, and Wobbuffet. Remote Raid Passes are enabled for these raids.
• Shadow Palkia Special Research: A special research storyline allows players to rescue Shadow Palkia.
• Field Research Rewards: Mysterious Components, Charged TMs, and Fast TMs are available through Field Research tasks.
• In-Game Shop Bundle: A 300-coin bundle containing an Incubator, Rocket Radar, and Premium Battle Pass.
• Collection Challenges and Showcases: Event-themed Collection Challenges and Showcases will be available.

Event Timing: Wednesday, January 15th, 12 AM – Sunday, January 19th, 8 PM (local time).

Beyond Fashion Week, the Corviknight line arrives January 21st, a Shadow Raid Day is planned, and a Ralts Community Day is scheduled for January 25th.
