《宝可梦睡眠》冬季节日活动来袭！两只超萌宝可梦即将登场！
今年，《宝可梦睡眠》将再次推出冬季节日活动，并带来两只全新可爱的宝可梦。除了戴着圣诞帽的伊布外，玩家们很快就能与帕米和阿罗拉九尾成为朋友了。
帕米和阿罗拉九尾何时在《宝可梦睡眠》中登场？
帕米和阿罗拉九尾将在2024年12月23日当周举行的“12月2024假日梦幻碎片研究”活动中首次亮相。
在整个活动期间，各种奖励将帮助玩家进行睡眠研究并获得额外的梦幻碎片。然而，大多数玩家最兴奋的是，在整个活动周内，遇到新宝可梦帕米和阿罗拉九尾的机会将会大大增加。与所有在《宝可梦睡眠》中首次亮相的宝可梦一样，闪光版本也应该会立即推出。
如何在《宝可梦睡眠》中获得帕米？
绿草岛、雪滴冻土、旧金山发电厂。帕米及其进化型帕莫和帕莫特拥有“打盹”睡眠类型。虽然你可以使用糖果将帕米进化成帕莫和帕莫特，但你只能在野外遇到它们时才能研究它们的睡眠类型。
在睡眠研究之夜获得“打盹”类型的玩家最有可能遇到帕米、帕莫和帕莫特。“打盹”类型是一种浅睡眠，但不像“昏睡”类型那样浅。这种睡眠类型通常很容易达到，因为它是最常见的类型，反映了我们大多数人的自然休息方式。
均衡睡眠类型（相当均衡地结合了所有三种睡眠类型的特征）也可能吸引帕米，但由于它分布在三种类型中，你的几率不会很高。
如何在《宝可梦睡眠》中获得阿罗拉九尾？
雪滴冻土。阿罗拉九尾及其进化型阿罗拉九尾都具有“熟睡”睡眠类型。
你需要真正进入深度睡眠才能增加遇到这些冰系宝可梦的可能性。“熟睡”是追踪实际、真实的睡眠数据时比较难以获得的类型之一，因为它需要持续至少8小时的深度睡眠——这并不是许多人在日常生活中都能达到的。
与帕米一样，阿罗拉九尾和阿罗拉九尾也可能以均衡睡眠类型的形式出现，但不太常见。
2024年假日双倍梦幻碎片研究活动应该选择哪个岛屿？
由于团队要求较高，雪滴冻土可能比较棘手，因此希望捕捉新宝可梦的玩家可能需要提前训练他们的雪滴团队，才能真正充分利用这次冬季活动。
