Pokemon GO Ultra Beasts Making a Big Comeback in July

Get ready for the Pokémon GO "Inbound from Ultra Space" event! This five-day extravaganza, running from July 8th to 13th, brings back a host of Ultra Beasts. These interdimensional Pokémon, first introduced in Pokémon Sun and Moon, will be appearing in five-star raids and Timed Research.

However, catch 'em all will require some globe-trotting, as many Ultra Beasts will be region-exclusive. Here's the breakdown:

• Asia-Pacific: Xurkitree
• EMEA & India: Pheromosa
• Americas & Greenland: Buzzwole
• Eastern Hemisphere: Stakataka
• Western Hemisphere: Blacephalon
• Southern Hemisphere: Celesteela
• Northern Hemisphere: Kartana

Timed Research will offer encounters with all these Ultra Beasts, but only Stakataka and Blacephalon will boast special Pokédex backgrounds. New backgrounds will also be available from raids and wild catches.

Event Details:

• Dates: July 8th, 10:00 AM – July 13th, 10:00 AM (local time)
• Raids: Five-star raids daily, with a Raid Hour (6:00 PM - 7:00 PM local time) featuring the day's raid Pokémon. Shiny encounters are possible! Specific raid Pokémon vary by day and region (see below).
• Timed Research: Available throughout the event, offering encounters with various Ultra Beasts. Stakataka and Blacephalon will have special backgrounds.
• Bonuses: Increased Remote Raid Pass limits (20 daily, unlimited July 12th-14th), guaranteed Candy XL for trading (Trainers level 31+).

• Wednesday, July 10th: Celesteela (Southern Hemisphere), Kartana (Northern Hemisphere)

• Friday, July 12th: Buzzwole (Americas & Greenland), Pheromosa (EMEA & India), Xurkitree (Asia-Pacific)

Timed Research Rewards: Encounters with Buzzwole, Celesteela, Guzzlord, Kartana, Nihilego, Pheromosa, Xurkitree, Blacephalon (special background), and Stakataka (special background).

Inbound from Ultra Space Ticket:

A paid ticket ($5 or equivalent) offers extra bonuses:

• 5,000 XP from completed raids
• 2x Stardust for winning Ultra Beast Raids
• 1 extra Candy & Candy XL for catching Pokémon in five-star raids
• Up to 2 free Raid Passes from Gyms (up to 10 daily with GO Fest ticket)

Global Challenge:

A global challenge runs from July 7th, 4:00 PM PDT to July 12th, 12:00 PM PDT. Completion unlocks Beast Balls during Pokémon GO Fest 2024: Global and faster Party Power charging.
