Gaining the freedom to explore the Panopticon in Freedom Wars Remastered is a significant early milestone. Despite movement and interaction limitations, this central hub is crucial for story progression and accessing shops.
Following your encounter with Uwe and Mattias after the party, Mattias's interest in a rumor leads you to a restricted Panopticon area. Your mission: locate Enzo. Here's how.
To find Enzo, exit the Warren and use the lift back to Level 2's main cell block. To the elevator's left, Pedro, who has his own issues with Enzo, will direct you to Sector 2-E165. You might encounter Pedro earlier, but interacting with Enzo is only possible after initiating the quest.
Reporting Pedro yields no useful information; he'll simply suggest reporting Enzo instead.
From Pedro, proceed left, following the wall to the far end of the cell block. You'll find a door marked with a blue lift icon. This isn't a standard elevator; activating it transports you to Sector 2-E165.
Within the sector, a yellow exclamation mark pinpoints Enzo's location at the far end of the cell block, on the third floor. Remember to manage your sprinting to avoid extending your sentence.
