Celebrate 25 Years of The Sims with Legacy Collections!
EA and Maxis are throwing a fantastic party for The Sims' 25th anniversary, bringing back The Sims 1 and The Sims 2 to PC! Both titles are now available individually or together in The Sims 25th Birthday Bundle ($40).
The Sims: Legacy Collection and The Sims 2: Legacy Collection offer nearly complete packages, including all expansion packs. The Sims 2 collection is missing only the IKEA Home Stuff pack. As a bonus, The Sims 1 includes the Throwback Fit Kit, and The Sims 2 boasts a Grunge Revival Kit.
This marks a significant return for these classics. The Sims 1 was initially a disc-only release, making it inaccessible to modern players. While The Sims 2 had a brief resurgence with an Ultimate Collection on Origin, it was later removed. Now, all four main Sims titles are readily available digitally.
These original Sims games, originally reviewed with scores of 9.5/10 and 8.5/10 respectively, retain their charm. Despite the series' evolution, their unique blend of simplicity, challenge, and quirky fun remains captivating.
Grab your copy of The Sims: Legacy Collection and The Sims 2: Legacy Collection today on Steam, the Epic Games Store, and the EA app!
