索尼收购角川：员工的乐观与分析师的担忧

然而，这将使角川直接受索尼的控制，从而失去独立性。《自动机西》的翻译指出：“角川将失去独立性，管理将更加严格。如果他们想像以往一样自由地发展业务，[收购]将是一个糟糕的选择。他们必须做好准备，应对那些不会创造IP的出版物受到严格审查。”

今年6月，角川遭到一个名为BlackSuit的黑客组织的攻击，该组织发动了勒索软件网络攻击，窃取了超过1.5 TB的内部信息。这次数据泄露涉及内部法律文件、用户相关信息，甚至员工的个人信息。在此次危机中，现任社长兼首席执行官夏野健未能妥善处理，从而导致员工的不满。
