Radiangames has unveiled Speed Demons 2, a dynamic side-scrolling highway racer boasting a bold visual style and fast-paced gameplay reminiscent of the iconic Burnout arcade racing series. Originally a mobile title, the sequel is now in development for PC and slated for release later this year.
The developer explains, "The controls emphasize movement over traditional steering. You'll use gas, brake, and turbo buttons, while guiding your vehicle's direction by moving the analog stick or mouse vertically." The team notes, "It may seem unconventional, but it feels instinctive once you dive in."

Speed Demons 2 offers ten thrilling game modes, including Pursuit, Takedown, and Rampage, which echo Burnout’s Road Rage by challenging players to wreck rival cars within a time limit. Another mode, Scratchless, draws inspiration from Burnout’s Burning Lap, tasking players with crossing the finish line while minimizing vehicle damage.
