每次完成一个时光漫游地下城，你将获得一个名为“时光之路知识”的增益效果。此增益效果持续两小时，不会因死亡而消失，并使击杀怪物和完成任务获得的经验值增加5%。达到四层增益效果后，它将转化为“时光之路精通”。此增益效果持续三小时，并使完成任务和击杀怪物获得的经验值增加30%。与“时光之路知识”一样，此增益效果也不会因死亡而消失。对于这两个增益效果，如果你完成另一个时光漫游地下城，计时器将会刷新。
为了获得“时光之路精通”，你必须在“时光之路知识”过期前达到四层增益效果。尽量避免长时间离开游戏，以免丢失增益效果层数。如果“时光之路知识”的持续时间到期，而层数未达到四层，则你必须重新开始。
你可能想知道，除了对练级小号有益的增益效果外，这个活动还有什么其他用途。事实上，你可以获得一些奖励作为这个活动的一部分。首先，你可以从时光漫游商人处购买沙色灰翼坐骑，价格为5000枚时光扭曲徽章。这款坐骑是《巨龙时代》期间之前的“动荡时光之路”活动的奖励。
