How to Redeem Codes

Redeeming codes is simple, requiring only a few steps. Note: You must reach level 16 before accessing the redemption feature (approximately one hour of gameplay).

1. Launch Tree of Savior: Neverland.
2. Tap your avatar in the upper-left corner.
3. Select "Settings" (gear icon) in the lower-left of the Stats menu.
4. Navigate to the "Basic" tab.
5. In the "Customer Service" section, find and select "Redeem Code."
6. Enter a code (copy-pasting is recommended) into the input field.
7. Click "Confirm" to submit.

A successful redemption displays the message "Activation code used successfully," and rewards are added to your account.
