The developers behind the strategic masterpiece, Wartales, have ushered in the new year with a significant update, marking the first major patch of 2025 and the fifth since the game's launch. This update is packed with enhancements aimed at enriching and refining the player's journey through the game.

One of the most notable additions is an advanced enemy AI system, which promises smarter and more formidable foes. Players can now explore seven new road battle maps scattered across regions such as Edoran, Gosenberg, Alazar, and Harag. Four of these new maps are highlighted in the provided screenshots.
