Camping Guide for Atelier Yumia: Memories and Envisioned Land

Apr 12,2025 Author: Riley

Embarking on your journey through the enchanting Ligneus Region with Yumia and your companions in *Atelier Yumia* introduces a delightful feature: camping. This guide will help you understand when and where you can set up camp to enhance your adventure.

How to Craft a Camping Set in Atelier Yumia

To unlock the ability to craft Camping Sets, you'll need to progress through the story until you clear the manabound Dux Lighthouse, the first such area you'll encounter. After securing the land and establishing a base there, return to the Ligneus Survey Base and have a conversation with Erhard to unlock the camping feature.

Crafting a Camping Set involves gathering the following materials:

  • 5% Energy
  • 3 Wood
  • 2 Water
  • 5 Fiber
  • 2 Charcoal

These resources are conveniently located around the Ligneus Survey Base. You can collect Water from wells or by harvesting plants along riverbanks, which also yields Fiber. Charcoal can be obtained by breaking ore deposits.

Once you have the materials, access the Simple Synthesis menu and ensure you have a 4×4 space available to craft your Camping Set. Without sufficient space, the set will be sent to your stash at the Atelier or one of your bases.

Where to Camp in Atelier Yumia

With your Camping Set ready, you can camp in any open area. Avoid narrow cliffs and dense forests; instead, seek out more spacious locations. Ideal spots include the River Campsite near the Ligneus Survey Base, where you can also establish a small base.

To check if camping is possible at your chosen location, access the radial menu and look for the Camping option in the bottom right corner. If it's highlighted, you're good to set up camp; if it's greyed out, you'll need to find a different spot.

What to Do While Camping in Atelier Yumia

Camping isn't just about resting; it's your opportunity to cook the food you've gathered during exploration. This is crucial before tackling bosses or entering manabound areas, especially on higher difficulty settings.

Additionally, camping provides a chance to engage with your companions through unique dialogues. While these conversations don't impact the story, they enrich your understanding of your fellow adventurers.

And that's everything you need to know about camping in Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories & The Envisioned Land.

Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories & The Envisioned Land is now available on PlayStation, Xbox, PC, and Nintendo Switch.
