Samsung unveiled a total of six Mini-LED TV models for 2025, with three of them available for purchase starting today. The Neo QLED QN990F and QN900F are true 8K TVs featuring incremental improvements such as new anti-glare technology, the One Connect wireless transmitter box, and access to Samsung's Art Store, previously exclusive to the Frame TVs. The new 4K Mini-LED models include the QN90F, QN85F, QN80F, and QN70F. The top-tier QN90F boasts a 165Hz refresh rate, a Gen 3 processor, and an anti-glare coating, similar to the S95F. The mid-range QN85F will be Samsung's first 100" TV.

The new OLED TVs for 2025 - the S95F, S90F, and S85F - feature several incremental upgrades over their predecessors. The flagship S95F includes a new NQ4 AI Gen 3 processor, a 165Hz refresh rate, an improved anti-glare coating, and an upgraded QD OLED panel that promises up to 2,000 nits of brightness. The S90F also features the Gen 3 processor, a 144Hz refresh rate with VRR, and a QD OLED panel with up to 1,300 nits of brightness for TV models 55" and up. The S85F, the "budget" OLED option, comes with a Gen 2 processor and is the only model currently available.
2025 Samsung The Frame Pro Art TV
Not yet released
The Frame Pro will debut this year alongside the standard Frame TV. The Frame Pro features a superior Neo QLED Mini-LED panel for richer and brighter colors, a 144Hz refresh rate, new anti-glare technology, and wireless connectivity via a "One Connect" box for discreet placement. The standard The Frame TV will still be available at a lower price point.
Samsung QN90D (2024) Review by Jaron Schneider
Samsung's 2024 mini LED QN90D is a refined television with an improved interface and a suite of new features that enhance its value. Though pricey, its brightness, color quality, multiple HDMI 2.1 ports, and built-in gaming capabilities justify the cost.
AI and Anti-Glare Tech Are the Highlights for Samsung
Samsung is heavily investing in AI technology for 2025, introducing "Vision AI" which can recognize content specifics like actors or settings and provide personalized real-time commentary. Additionally, more TV models will feature AI Upscaling Pro and AI Motion Enhancer Pro to optimize image quality dynamically. Other AI-driven enhancements include Active Voice Amplifier Pro for voice isolation, AI Optimization, and AI Energy Mode. Samsung is also adopting a matte-like anti-glare coating across many TV models, similar to the S95D from 2024, which minimizes reflections without desaturating colors.
