When Is the The Tale of Food Shutdown?
The game, where players could command an army of charming, personified dishes, will officially shut down on March 20th, 2025, at 10:00 AM (UTC+8). As of February 18th, 2025, in-game purchases have been disabled. Additionally, new player registration has been halted from the same date, and the game has been delisted from the Google Play Store. However, if you've already downloaded the game, you can continue to enjoy it until the servers close on March 20th.
What About the Jewels Collected in the Game?
For those who purchased jewels between January 9th and February 18th, 2025, a refund can be requested. You can reach out to in-game support or email the developers before the deadline on March 20th. It's worth noting that the Japan server of The Tale of Food shut down in April 2023, followed by the China server in June 2024. Now, the global version is the next to go.
