The game offers three primary methods for cleaning: troughs, bathing spots, and bathhouses.
Commonly found in towns and outposts, troughs provide a basic clean. Interact with them to wash away some dirt and blood, but this method doesn't clean your clothing.
Located near larger bodies of water (rivers, ponds), bathing spots offer a slightly more thorough clean than troughs. Entering the water partially cleans both Henry and his clothes, though not completely.
