In *Avowed*, the Practical Pockets Map treasure is located northeast of the Ranger Headquarters in Emerald Stair, as shown in the marked map image above.
Fast travel to the Rolling Crags Beacon, then turn right and proceed straight, keeping the Ranger Headquarters to your right.
