Elden Ring's infamous Fell Omen bosses have unleashed their terror upon the Lands Between in the new expansion, Elden Ring: Nightreign. Morgott, a formidable foe from the main game, is a prime example. His phantom appearances throughout the original campaign are replicated here, with an enhanced, unnamed Fell Omen (essentially a supercharged Morgott) springing surprise invasions on players.

Morgott's inclusion isn't arbitrary; it perfectly captures his unpredictable nature in the base game. He even boasts new voice lines and moves, adding a fresh challenge to seasoned players. And if you're bringing friends, well, it's only fair Morgott gets an upgrade!

Beyond surprise invasions, the Fell Omen can also appear as a challenging end-of-night boss, one of the final encounters as the sun sets in Nightreign's testing grounds.

Early testers, including the legendary "Let Me Solo Her," have already faced the Fell Omen. The consensus? Morgott (or Margit, as some call him in this context) is a relentless foe. Players on the Elden Ring Nightreign subreddit lauded his invasion mechanic, sharing their experiences—from elevator ambushes to tower sieges, Morgott's presence is both thrilling and unpredictable.

The success of the Fell Omen invasions has sparked excitement for future additions. The Pursuer from Dark Souls 2 is a popular suggestion, and many players are hoping for Bloodborne-inspired Hunter invasions, although this remains a long shot.
