You can convert up to 700+ Stars into 750 dice rolls.
However, any Stars beyond the 700+ threshold will unfortunately be lost. Hence, it's wise to use these Stars to unlock vaults and optimize your rewards before the onset of the next sticker album in Monopoly GO. You'll encounter three distinct safes in the Stickers for Rewards section, each with its own cost and rewards:

A common sticker duplicate might only give you a handful of Stars, whereas a rare Gold sticker duplicate could net you a significantly higher amount. Typically, Gold stickers are valued at twice the Stars.
To maximize your Star collection, avoid opening vaults indiscriminately. Instead, hold off until a Sticker Boom event and strategize to enhance your rewards.
