Monopoly GO’s festive Jingle Joy sticker album is winding down, running from December 5, 2024, to January 16, 2025. Players have relished in gathering holiday stickers, diving into special events, and amassing a slew of holiday-themed tokens, shields, and emojis. Amidst this, you've likely accumulated duplicate stickers, which, even after trading, leave you with spares. These duplicates are transformed into Stars in Monopoly GO. Curious about what happens to your extra Stars once the Jingle Joy album concludes? Let’s delve into it.

What Happens to Stars At the End of Jingle Joy Sticker Album?

As the Jingle Joy album reaches its finale, all sticker sets and the "Stickers for Rewards" section will undergo a complete reset. If you've amassed a surplus of unused Stars, there's no need to fret. These remaining Stars, which haven't been utilized to unlock a vault, will automatically convert into the coveted dice rolls. You can convert up to 700+ Stars into 750 dice rolls.

However, any Stars beyond the 700+ threshold will unfortunately be lost. Hence, it's wise to use these Stars to unlock vaults and optimize your rewards before the onset of the next sticker album in Monopoly GO. You'll encounter three distinct safes in the Stickers for Rewards section, each with its own cost and rewards:

SafeCostRewards
Orange Vault250 Stars200 Dice + Pink Sticker Pack
Blue Vault450 Stars350 Dice + Pink and Blue Sticker Packs
Gold Vault700 Stars500 Dice + Blue and Purple Sticker Packs + Swap Pack

Make sure to keep at least 700 Stars to secure the conversion bonus of 750 Dice Rolls at the start of the next album. Use any additional Stars on the more affordable safes to squeeze out extra dice rolls.

How To Get More Stars in Monopoly GO

When you acquire a sticker you already own, it turns into a duplicate, which is then converted into Stars. The number of Stars you earn depends on the sticker's rarity. A common sticker duplicate might only give you a handful of Stars, whereas a rare Gold sticker duplicate could net you a significantly higher amount. Typically, Gold stickers are valued at twice the Stars.

To maximize your Star collection, avoid opening vaults indiscriminately. Instead, hold off until a Sticker Boom event and strategize to enhance your rewards.
