FFVII Remake/Rebirth Updates Fix Controller Issue

Patches for Final Fantasy VII Remake are now available on Steam, the Epic Games Store, and PlayStation 5. This update resolves controller vibration issues stemming from motor malfunctions. The game follows Cloud Strife, a former SOLDIER, as he joins Avalanche to prevent Shinra Electric Power Company from destroying the planet.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, continuing the story after the escape from Midgar, receives update 1.080. This update enhances the game's realism and provides a more immersive tactile experience. The PC version launches January 23, 2025. This second installment in the trilogy expands the narrative and emphasizes exploration.

While Final Fantasy XVI initially underperformed in May 2024, sales eventually slowed, ultimately falling short of projected fiscal year targets. Specific sales figures remain undisclosed. Similarly, Square Enix has not released sales data for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, which also missed internal projections.

However, Square Enix clarified that they don't consider Final Fantasy VII Rebirth's sales a complete failure, and remain confident that Final Fantasy XVI can still meet its targets within the 18-month timeframe.
