Understanding Village Earnings
Your village earnings reflect the amount of gold generated each second, a critical metric for your standing in the Village Earnings Rank Rush event and overall game advancement.
To monitor your earnings:
- Navigate to the Home screen.
- Tap the “i” icon adjacent to your earnings in the top left corner.
- Review your current earnings and historical maximum.
Note that the historical maximum is significant only for the Village Earnings Rank Rush and cannot be manually adjusted to influence rankings.
Building Upgrades and Hiring Staff
Buildings are central to gold generation. As you advance through stages, you'll unlock more buildings, and upgrading them will enhance your earnings potential.
How to Boost Earnings Through Buildings:
- Hire staff to enhance building efficiency.
- Upgrade building levels to increase the hiring cap.
- Assign Fellows to optimize production.
Each building has a limited number of staff slots, which can be expanded at the following milestones:
- Slot 2: Unlocks after hiring 50 employees.
- Slot 3: Unlocks after hiring 200 employees.
- Slot 4: Unlocks after hiring 800 employees.
- Slot 5: Unlocks after hiring 5,000 employees.
For efficient Fellow leveling, consult the Fellow Power-Up Guide for strategies to maximize their potential.
The Farmstead is particularly valuable, offering a +10% bonus per level to all buildings, making it a priority for early-game upgrades.

Maximizing Family Gathering Bonuses
Under the “Skill” section of each Family member, you'll find 36 different gathering bonuses, unlocked by boosting intimacy levels.
Key Intimacy Levels for Earnings Bonuses:
- 100, 250, 550, 1,000, 2,000, and 5,000.
Aim for all Family members to reach at least level 550 for a significant earnings boost. It's more cost-effective to upgrade multiple Family members to level 550 than to focus on just a few to level 5,000.
To increase your village earnings in Isekai: Slow Life, strategic planning and consistent upgrades are essential. By hiring staff, optimizing Fellow placement, upgrading key structures, and tackling challenges, you can steadily enhance your income and improve your leaderboard rankings.
