Konosuba Mobile Game Shutting Down, but Offline Version Possible

KonoSuba: Fantastic Days is shutting down its servers on January 30th, 2025, ending a nearly five-year run. Both the global and Japanese versions will cease operation simultaneously. However, developers are planning a limited offline version, preserving the main storyline, key quests, and events. Details on this offline version remain scarce.

Refunds and In-App Purchases:

The official channels will close on February 28th, 2025. In-app purchases have been disabled since October 31st, 2024. Players can still utilize existing Quartz and in-game items until the service ends. Refunds for unused Quartz or unclaimed purchases from early 2024 are available until January 30th, 2025.

A Look Back at KonoSuba: Fantastic Days:

Launched in Japan in February 2020 and globally in August 2021, KonoSuba: Fantastic Days was the first mobile game based on the popular KonoSuba franchise. The game featured an engaging story, appealing visuals, and a visual novel-style story mode. Despite its strengths, it ultimately succumbed to the challenges faced by many gacha RPGs, including declining player engagement and high production costs.

With only a few months remaining, now's your chance to experience KonoSuba: Fantastic Days before its closure. Download it from the Google Play Store. Don't forget to check out our other news on Orna: The GPS MMORPG’s Conqueror’s Guild for PvP Battles.
