The PUBG Mobile Global Championship heats up as the League Stage concludes, despite the recent frosty updates. Three teams – Brute Force, INFLUENCE RAGE, and ThunderTalk Gaming – have secured their spots in the December finals.
While many players enjoy the chilly additions of the Icemire Frontier update, the competitive scene is reaching fever pitch. The newly qualified teams will join those already advancing to the grand finals at London's ExCel Center from December 6th to 8th.
However, the competition isn't over for those who didn't make the League Stage cut. A Survival Stage, running from November 20th to 22nd, will narrow 24 teams down to 16. A subsequent Last Chance Stage (November 23rd-24th) offers six additional teams a shot at the Grand Finals.
This year's Global Championship seems to have generated more excitement than the summer's PUBG Mobile World Cup, perhaps due to its more accessible London location. Unlike the Riyadh-based World Cup, which may have prioritized promoting Saudi Arabia's gaming scene, the Global Championship aims for broader global appeal.
