Rainbow Six Siege, celebrating its tenth anniversary, is embarking on a new chapter with Siege X—a transformative update akin to CS2's impact on CS:GO. Launching June 10th, Siege X ushers in a free-to-play era for all players.

Key Changes in Siege X:

New Mode: Dual Front: Experience intense 6v6 battles blending attack and defense operators. Capture enemy zones and plant sabotage devices across a map divided into three areas per team and a central neutral zone. Respawn after a 30-second delay.
Advanced Rappel System: Utilize ropes for both vertical and horizontal traversal, opening up exciting new tactical possibilities.
Increased Environmental Destruction: Witness enhanced destruction with elements like exploitable fire extinguishers and gas pipes, adding a dynamic layer to gameplay.
Five Map Reworks: Popular maps receive major overhauls, promising fresh strategic challenges.
Graphical & Audio Enhancements: Prepare for a significant visual and auditory upgrade, immersing you in a richer Siege experience.

A closed beta will be available for the next seven days, accessible to viewers of Siege streams.
