What’s In Store?
First on the agenda is the eagerly awaited Group Ironman mode. If you've been yearning for a way to experience RuneScape with your crew, without any external help, this is your golden ticket. Set to launch later this year, Group Ironman allows you and up to four friends to embark on a fresh adventure. It's just you and your squad against the world, with no XP bonuses from outsiders.
This autumn, brace yourself for The Gate of Elidinis, a new Skilling Boss. You'll navigate the Sanctum of Rebirth to uncover a hidden shrine dedicated to the enigmatic goddess Elidinis, as part of an upcoming story quest.
The roadmap promises a slew of story quests for 2024 and 2025. This winter, a new quest will revive classic storylines, taking you back to the Desert where unfinished business with Amascut awaits. Once you've completed the Desert Finale quests, you'll face off against Amascut, the Devourer, in a thrilling end-game boss encounter.
Skilling enthusiasts will be thrilled with the 110 skilling updates on the horizon. This year, look forward to the Woodcutting & Fletching update, complete with a new skill tree and weapons to unlock. In 2025, 110 RuneCrafting and 110 Crafting updates are set to roll out.
Later this year, the seasonal event 'Harvest Hollow' will make its debut, featuring a new quest, spooky rewards, and chilling activities. As the year winds down, the beloved 'Christmas Village' will return, offering new quests, festive activities, and a sleigh full of Christmas rewards.
