Initiating the Throw
Remember, rock throwing is exclusively a stealth action. Enter stealth mode by clicking the right stick (controllers) or pressing C (PC). Then, hold the designated button to initiate the throw:
- PlayStation: R1
- Xbox: RB
- PC: G
A crosshair will appear, guiding your throw. Release the button to launch the pebble.
Strategic Rock Throwing Tips
- Unlimited Ammo: Don't worry about running out of rocks; your supply is infinite.
- Noise Radius: The sound of a thrown rock has a limited range. Aim for close targets for maximum stealth. Hitting objects like cups or plates creates significantly more noise.
- Distraction and Opportunity: Successfully thrown rocks distract enemies, giving you a chance for a stealth takedown or a discreet retreat. However, hitting an enemy directly will instantly alert them.
- Bird Nests: Locate and target bird nests scattered throughout the game world for valuable rewards, including eggs (a small food source) and even rare dice badges.
