War Thunder Unveils Firebirds Update with Soaring New Aircraft

War Thunder's Firebirds Update: New Aircraft and More!

Gaijin Entertainment has announced the upcoming Firebirds update for War Thunder, arriving in early November. This major update introduces a host of new aircraft, ground vehicles, and warships, significantly expanding the game's content.

New Aircraft Take Flight

Among the exciting additions are iconic military aircraft, including the stealthy American F-117A Nighthawk, the powerful Russian Su-34 fighter-bomber, and the versatile F-15E Strike Eagle.

The F-117A Nighthawk marks a first for War Thunder: it's the game's first stealth aircraft. Its unique design, incorporating radar-absorbing materials and angled surfaces to deflect radar waves, makes it a formidable opponent. Its real-world performance during Operation Desert Storm, completing over 1,200 sorties without a single loss, speaks to its effectiveness.

The F-15E Strike Eagle, an enhanced version of the F-15, boasts a significantly increased payload capacity and advanced targeting systems. Players will have access to a wide array of weaponry, from AGM-65 Maverick missiles to laser-guided and JDAM bombs, including the GBU-39 satellite-guided bombs (20 at once!).

Beyond the Skies: Ground and Naval Forces

The Firebirds update isn't limited to aircraft. New ground vehicles include the British FV107 Scimitar light tank, while naval forces are bolstered by the addition of the French battleship Dunkerque.

Aces High Season Continues

The new Aces High season is also underway, offering players the chance to unlock unique vehicles, trophies, and rewards by completing the season and Battle Pass. Rewards include aircraft like the Bf 109 G-14, F2G-1, and La-11, along with formidable ground units such as the T54E2 and G6, and ships including the HMS Orion and USS Billfish.

Download War Thunder Mobile from the Google Play Store and prepare for takeoff with the Firebirds update! For more gaming news, check out our article on BTS Cooking On: TinyTAN Restaurant's New DNA-Themed Festival.
