Published under DC's All In initiative, this unlikely team-up actually connects to the creators' past work - Rucka's iconic Wonder Woman runs prominently featured Cheetah, while Scott's Secret Six collaboration with Gail Simone highlighted Cheshire.
According to DC's official synopsis:
The series follows Cheetah and Cheshire as they assemble an elite crew to pull off the ultimate heist - infiltrating the Justice League's most secure facility. Their goal: steal one of the DC Universe's most dangerous devices while evading the Watchtower's advanced security systems and Earth's mightiest heroes.
"This is a team of villains, none of whom would ever gain access to the Justice League Watchtower," Rucka explained. "Cheetah in particular has everything riding on this mission - she's determined to succeed no matter the cost."
Cheetah and Cheshire Rob the Justice League #1 arrives in stores on August 6, 2025.
In related comic news, Marvel's Thunderbolts series will undergo a rebranding as The New Avengers, aligning with upcoming MCU developments.
