The Carnival of Doom quest in Once Human, a gripping post-apocalyptic survival strategy game developed by Exptional Global, presents players with a thrilling challenge. Scheduled for a mobile launch on April 23rd, the game has already garnered significant interest with numerous pre-registrations for bonus rewards. In this quest, players face off against the cunning clown, Chuckles, in a sinister game that tests their strategic prowess. This guide offers a detailed walkthrough to help you conquer the Carnival of Doom and outwit Chuckles.

How to Navigate to the Carnival of Doom Quest in Once Human

Before delving into the navigation details, here's a quick overview of the quest:

  • Quest Name: Carnival of Doom
  • Quest Type: World Task
  • Recommended Level: 10
  • Location: Junkyard in Broken Delta, southwest of Meyer’s Market
  • Objective: Defeat Chuckles in a rigged game of Russian Roulette

While the recommended level is 10, skilled players might tackle it at lower levels. Start the quest at the Junkyard POI, southwest of Meyer’s Market. Be prepared to confront Rosetta soldiers guarding the area. Maximize your weapons' upgrades to efficiently defeat them and minimize damage taken.

Once you initiate the quest, you'll enter a surreal, toy-like dimension controlled by Chuckles. Your primary goal is to defeat him in a rigged game of Russian Roulette. Here’s how to outsmart him:

  1. Avoid Immediate Engagement: Don't rush into the game with Chuckles; it's rigged against you.
  2. Activate Spacetime Vision: Press ‘Q’ to use your Spacetime Vision, which will reveal a cable connected to the roulette table leading to a hidden area.
  3. Trace the Cable: Follow the cable to a wall where another figure, resembling Chuckles, is manipulating the game.
  4. Request a Break: Return to Chuckles and choose the dialogue option to take a break. This will unlock a nearby door, allowing access to the area behind the wall.
  5. Confront the Deceptive Clown: Enter the unlocked area and stealthily approach the room with the second Chuckles. Since firearms are disabled, use a melee weapon to eliminate him.
  6. Disable the Cheating Device: After defeating the second Chuckles, interact with the Roulette Cheating Device to disable it, ensuring a fair game.
  7. Challenge Chuckles Again: Go back to the main area and accept Chuckles’ challenge once more. This time, pull the trigger yourself. With the cheating mechanism disabled, you'll win, defeating Chuckles.

Quest Rewards

Completing the Carnival of Doom quest rewards you with:

  • Energy Link: x200
  • Experience Points: x500
  • Stellar Planula: x7
  • Eclipse Cortex Lv. 2: x1
  • Voodoo Doll Deviation – A unique item that absorbs or redirects incoming damage when deployed.

For an enhanced gaming experience, consider playing Once Human on your PC or laptop using BlueStacks, which offers a larger screen and the precision of a keyboard and mouse.
