Clash Royale

Clash Royale is finally granting the Inferno Dragon its long-awaited upgrade. After years of soaring through the skies without an Evolution form, the legendary fire-breather has received its transformation. To commemorate this special occasion, Supercell collaborated with Finnish comedian Ismo Leikola.

Reportedly, The Negotiations Were Challenging!

Nine years after the Inferno Dragon first joined the game, the new Clash Royale trailer features Ismo Leikola playing the amusing role of the dragon's unofficial Hollywood agent.

Yes, the dragon has decided to leave its full-time role in Clash Royale and head to La La Land in pursuit of better opportunities.

Watch the Inferno Dragon and Leikola’s extravagant negotiation tactics at Supercell's Clash Royale headquarters.

The Evolution form of the Inferno Dragon introduces a major change to its battlefield performance. While the original version's damage resets when switching targets, the evolved version maintains its rising damage progression.

The Inferno Dragon’s Rollout Comes as Part of Clash Royale's New Season

Titled How to Evolve Your Dragon!, this latest season also marks the return of the 2v2 League. Players can team up with a friend or random partner on the competitive ladder.

The season includes Milestone Events beginning at Arena 7, offering rewards such as 3 Lumberjack Evolution Shards, an Epic Book of Cards, and exclusive Cosmetics.

Crown Chase #1 provides a fully decorated Battle Banner alongside an Epic Book of Cards. Crown Chase #2 follows with another Battle Banner and 3 Evolution Shards.

To test the newly evolved cards, developers have scheduled multiple Game Modes and Challenges throughout June and early July. The Inferno Dragon Evolution Draft runs June 2–9, followed by the Inferno Dragon Challenge (June 6–9), which rewards a Battle Banner and Emote.

Next, Evolution Mayhem from June 9–16 allows up to 4 Evolution Cards per deck. Magical Trio arrives June 16–23, followed by 4 Card Showdown from June 23–30. Finally, Evolution Bonanza runs June 30–July 7, featuring up to 8 Evolution Cards per deck.
