In "Showdown in Chinatown," the notorious arcanist criminal Nightpiercer resurfaces in Los Angeles. Officer Liang Yue, assigned by the Vigiles Bureau, teams up with the Division of Arcane Affairs to take Nightpiercer down once and for all.

Liang Yue is introduced as part of the limited-time "Moonbeam Guardian" Dushuo Limited Banner. Alongside this, all players can claim a free garment for the beloved character, Windsong.
