Verdant Shear Rod

Matches Free Spirit's 150% luck with an unusual daytime-only tree-growing passive (10% chance). The temporary tree boosts mutation odds significantly. Sundial Totems extend this effect, while Hasty/Swift enchantments maximize catches during active periods.
