Starting an Infested Clear Mission
Initiate missions by interacting with any of the five traders (Rekt, Jen, Bob, Hugh, and Joe). Mission difficulty scales with tier and biome; Wasteland missions are tougher than forest missions. Infested missions present a higher zombie density and stronger enemy types (radiated zombies, cops, ferals). Tier 6 missions are the most challenging but offer substantial rewards for well-equipped players. The objective remains consistent across all tiers: eliminate all enemies in the designated area.
Completing an Infested Clear Mission
Upon reaching the Point of Interest (POI), activate the mission marker. Leaving the POI or dying results in mission failure. POIs often feature trigger points that initiate events (e.g., collapsing floors, zombie ambushes). Avoid the obvious, often well-lit paths to circumvent these traps. Carrying building blocks allows for quick escape from traps or creating alternative routes.
