The new Iron Man game could be revealed as early as next week

EA Motive and SEED are set to unveil their groundbreaking "Texture Sets" technology at the Game Developers Conference (GDC). This innovative approach combines related texture sets into a single resource, streamlining processing and enabling the creation of enhanced textures for games like Dead Space and Iron Man. EA's lead technical artist, Martin Palko, will lead the presentation, detailing the intricacies of this texture and graphics development process.

The demonstration of this new technology has sparked excitement, with many hoping for a glimpse of actual gameplay or further details about the highly anticipated Iron Man game. Announced in 2022, the game has remained largely shrouded in mystery, fueling speculation about its potential cancellation. However, EA Motive's participation in GDC confirms its ongoing development. The conference runs from March 17th to 21st, 2025.

Currently, the Iron Man game is known to be a single-player RPG featuring an open world and built using Unreal Engine 5. Furthermore, EA Motive is expected to leverage its experience with Anthem's flight system in the development of Iron Man.
